What’s included in our pricing

Coffee and Tea are always free of charge. Flip charts, markers, stickers and all the office supplies for facilitation are always included in our meeting room pricing.

What about lunch?

The cost is €18 p/p for lunch and €30 p/p for dinner.

We provide lunch and dinner options in collaboration with xxx local restaurant. Vegetarian & vegan options available.

Ask us for the available menu at the moment of booking the space.

Breakfast?

The cost is €6 p/p

Breakfast is optional and includes delicious pastries, croissant, nuts, fruits, yoghurt and juices. It will wait for you in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). If booked less than 14 days before check-in, free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, up to 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

The place is spectacular. It is in the beautiful and friendly town of Bussom which was easily accessible to Amsterdam central via the train that is a quick 12 min walk from the house. The kitchen and lower part of the house were simply extraordinary and made for a very nice family gathering and dinner for my daughters graduation ceremony. All questions we had were answered immediately. We had a group of six and it was perfect for our group. There were many options available for very good food nearby and nice pubs near train station. I would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling to the Amsterdam area and who needs some extra space and wants to be together as a group/family.

The house and location are amazing! Bussum and Naarden are absolutely adorable! The train is so convenient to Amsterdam and the beach. We didn’t have a rental car and didn’t need one. We were a party of 5, two adults and three children, ages: 10, 12, 13. We all had an amazing time. When we checked in, we were greeted with fruit, bread, cheese, wine, water and a lot more. It made our arrival day so easy and perfect. I strongly recommend this house!

The place is modern, clean and has an amazing kitchen. Check-in and check out was super easy. The place is 30 mins away from Amsterdam by train located in a very picturesque town. The train station by the house is 15 mins away walking, and it takes you directly in to Amsterdam Centraal. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of space for all. The living room area has great couches were you can spread out and enjoy the fireplace. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens. There is a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and we had all we needed in the kitchen. Grocery stores are within a 7-10 minute walk. There was also a reserved parking space included if you are renting a car. The place is well though out with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host is also very responsive when you message her. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
